Karol and Pete were friendly, professional, efficient and extremely careful when moving the furniture. It made the whole experience so much smoother and I really can not recommend them enough :)

They set up all of our furniture which was a god send, they did literally everything I felt like a spare part! They started at half 8/9 and didn't finish until gone 7pm. They made sure that we were moved properly before they left.

The respect we were shown by the staff was first class with a special mention going to Paul who was with us from the packing to the actual move. Nothing was too much trouble and they made a very stressful time go easier than I imagined. Whilst Hilderbrands is not the cheapest you get what you pay for which was a very good professional service from start to finish.

Everything that needed protecting was covered. All our items were cared for respectfully. We had one of the hottest days for our move, so the removal men really did do well. All the team were happy and friendly. Even there to help when I cut my finger on glass, providing plasters and very kindly clearing up the glass (not asked to) so I did no further injury. The lorry was packed up and unpacked at our new home in a professional way and everything was where we wanted it. Thank you to our moving men and for Pat and Penny for putting up with all my phone calls and my complete lack of computer skills when making payments. Definitely recommended by us.
