You can choose from Road, Sea and Air Freight, depending on your destination. Where appropriate, you can combine a number of shipping methods. We provide international and overseas removals from our Sittingbourne office. You can speak to one of our experienced personnel who will advise you on the choices you can make. This can include your budget and when you need your belongings to arrive. We offer tailored and bespoke quotes for removals as a result of this.

We understand that moving overseas typically requires a lot more planning and precision. This is why we schedule everything in advance, down to the last minute. This encourages a smooth move on the day. You can trust us to take care of the process for you.

Our team follows a general rule. It is that smaller items and personal effects are sent by air. These items are packed into secure cartons, where they are sent to our warehouse. We then pack them into lightweight plywood cases, or alternatively, IATA-approved palletised air cartons. Our team labels the cartons with the appropriate shipping marks and identification details to be delivered to the airline for despatch. They will then be delivered to your new property.

Groupage:

When there’s no hurry for delivery, this is the best and most cost-effective option. We keep your packed consignment safe at our warehouse until there is enough in a container to ship it. We ship them with the belongings of other clients heading to the same destination.

LCL (less-than-container load):

We take your items to an agents’ warehouse if they do not fit in a 20-foot container. Here, we pack them into a wooden case, custom-made to fit your shipment. We deliver this to the shipping company, load it into a container and ship it to your destination immediately. On arrival, our agents unload it at the port terminal.

FCL (full container load):

This is the safest and best option to achieve a timed shipping and delivery schedule. We pack your belongings into the shipping container at your home. We then seal the doors with security seals. They bear the identification numbers on the shipping documents. Upon delivery, we unlock the doors after verification at your new home. In the instance that there is no suitable access at your home, we can make alternative arrangements.

Part load

Part load:

We will return your packed consignment to our warehouse where it will be loaded onto the next available truck. These road trucks will deliver your items according to our pre-planned, agreed schedule.

Direct move the packed consignment is loaded immediately onto one of our trucks and sets off to deliver directly at your final destination.

You can also choose a combination of transit modes depending on the items you are sending. Items such as clothes and other necessities could be sent by air freight. Other items could be sent by sea freight, which is more cost-effective. We can organise any combination to ensure that your belongings reach their destination when you want them to.
